Switch Leader Update Week 1 Narrow Way

• Easter is next week!! Please help serve the families in our church. 

• Be a shepherd, not a chaperone – Lean into conversations, don’t just manage behavior

• Create safe space – Students don’t need perfect answers, they need someone who cares

• Know your next step – Be ready to point students toward prayer, leaders, or staff if something feels heavy

• Follow up matters – If a student shares something big, don’t let it end Wednesday night

• Pray intentionally – Over your group before, during, and after Switch

• Bring energy – Especially for HS, help set the tone and engagement

• Have fun – Joy builds connection, connection builds trust
